As a Platoon Leader with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, I commanded military personnel in both garrison and field environments, developing leadership skills under pressure that translate directly to civilian project management and team leadership.

Command Responsibilities: I was responsible for the daily welfare and operational readiness of approximately 150 soldiers, while directly leading a tactical unit of 30 soldiers during field operations and exercises.
